Action Guidelines
The Oenon Group Action Guidelines serve as the behavioral standards for realizing the Group's corporate philosophy and co-creating future value through the practical implementation of its Principles of Conduct. These Guidelines apply to all officers and employees of the Oenon Group.
In our daily work, we commit to using the Action Guidelines as a reference for sound decision-making and to acting ethically and with integrity toward all stakeholders.
Furthermore, the Group's top management shall take the lead in setting an example and will strive to ensure thorough dissemination of the Guidelines and the establishment of an effective internal framework for their implementation.
Origin of Oenon Name
According to Greek and Roman legend, Bacchus gave to the goddess Oeno the power to turn whatever she pleased into wine. As if drawing from these mystical powers, our aim is to delight our customers with the new products and services we offer. As such, our biotechnology is as if derived from the powers of Oeno, concatenated with "on" to describe our ongoing developments.
