Characteristics

  • GODO-FIA is an isoamylase derived from Flavobacterium odoratum.
  • It hydrolyzes α-1,6-D-glucosidic linkage of polysaccharide such as starch and glycogen.
  • It works especially well on starch, amylopectin and glycogen.

Application

  1. (1)Producing high-maltose syrup
  2. (2)Improving taste and process of food contained glycogen
