GODO-FIA (Isoamylase)

Characteristics
- GODO-FIA is an isoamylase derived from Flavobacterium odoratum.
- It hydrolyzes α-1,6-D-glucosidic linkage of polysaccharide such as starch and glycogen.
- It works especially well on starch, amylopectin and glycogen.
Application
- (1)Producing high-maltose syrup
- (2)Improving taste and process of food contained glycogen
