GODO-INUL (Inulinase)

Characteristics

• GODO-INUL is an inulinase derived from Penicillium purpurogenum.
• It hydrolyzes 1,2-β-D-fructoside linkage of inulin and produces oligosaccharide.
• Since GODO-INUL contains little invertase, it efficiently produces inulo-oligosaccharide from inulin.
