GODO AGI-EG (Glucose Isomerase Liquid)

Characteristics

  • GODO AGI-EG is a glucose isomerase derived from liquid fermentation of selected Streptomyces griseofuscus (non-GMO strain).
  • It catalyzes the interconversion of D-xylose and D-xylulose interactively as well as that of glucose and fructose.

Application
